Homemade chocolate peanut butter cups are a delightful treat. I am obsessed with them. This recipe from my mom, inspired by commercial candy such as Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, is exceptionally good and incredibly easy! You don’t need special candy molds; you can use a muffin or cupcake tin. This recipe makes six servings using the usual size muffin tin, but you can make twelve smaller candies using a mini-muffin tin if you prefer. And they are freezer friendly! Make them in advance to serve another time.
