Looks fancy, tastes great and couldn’t be easier! Not to mention everyone loves it! This simple recipe is light and creamy for those extra hot days.
2 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup confectioners’ sugar
2 teaspoon lime juice (fresh if you happen to have a lime)
8 oz. raspberries (fresh is best, but you can definitely use frozen raspberries for this recipe)
2 tbsp. roasted unsalted almonds (roughly chopped)
In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt with confectioners’ sugar and fresh lime juice. Fold in raspberries until they start to leave pink streaks.
Divide among bowls and sprinkle with chopped almonds.Top with cool whip if desired.
