TURKEY APPLE SALAD
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked turkey or chicken, cubed
1 sweet apple, cubed
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise (we use light mayo to save calories)
1 Tbsp sugar (nice for a little extra sweetness, but not required)
1/4 cup nuts, chopped (optional)
Mix all ingredients, stirring well. Refrigerate. Serve on a salad or sandwich.
