Amazingly simple and low carb snack to serve at your next party! Good all year round…everyone loves them!
1 tablespoon high quality olive oil
1 medium zucchini squash
1/3 cup marinara or pizza sauce
1/2 cup – 1 cup shredded mozzarella
Salt and pepper to taste.
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
