Best Ever Spinach Artichoke Dip - 4 Ingredients!

Ingredients

cup
mayonnaise
I use light mayonnaise to save on calories

10 oz package
frozen spinach, thawed and drained
Squeeze excess water out of the spinach by hand.

cup
shredded parmesan cheese
Don't use the dry stuff that sits in your pantry and doesn't need refrigeration - you can tell the difference!

can
artichoke hearts, drained and cut into small pieces
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Then spread in an oven proof dish (not too large, somewhere around 8 x10 inches).
Bake for 20-25 minutes until it starts to bubble on top.
Serve with your favorite bread or crackers. I particularly like using rye or pumpernickel squares, or bagel bites.
